Job summary

REVELXP is seeking energetic staff to help create memorable game-day experiences in Chapel Hill. You will greet guests, assist with tailgate setup, and ensure smooth operations at welcome tents and guest service areas.

Role requires standing outdoors in varying weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability for all home games from August through November. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop duties: transport tailgating equipment and check in to meet guest needs.
• Welcome Tent Supervision: manage guest services area and direct guests.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service aligned with REVELXP values of service, joy and entrepreneurship.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain professionalism.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks including setup, breakdown and supplies.
• Be proactive in helping guests with special requests and site cleanup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized site reflecting REVELXP standards.
