Job summary

Legends Global at Notre Dame Global Partnerships seeks a Game Day Representative to support weekend events on campus and assist the partnerships team with weekly activities. This role involves on-site coordination during game days and related events.

You will guide campus tours for prospects and clients, track inventory, recap partner activities, and support hosting client campus events throughout the year. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Eager to learn and collaborate with the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Football home game support on Friday dinners and Saturday activations.
• Metrics tracking and event planning support.
• Campus Tour guide for prospects and clients.
• Inventory and cage gear tracking.
• Recaps for partners.
• Pub Network support.
• Hosting client campus events throughout the year.
