Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an event day staff member to support Game Day operations. The role reports to Human Resources and involves assisting with uniform distribution, meals, and staffing temporary labor.

Candidates should be comfortable working with large crowds and be proactive on event days. You will handle clocking in/out, direct staff to assignments, ensure safety protocols, and provide customer service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
• Must relay information such as work orders or other messages to and from Directors, managers, supervisors or emergency personnel
• Will be using telephones, two-way radios or text messages accessible plus basic computer skills.
• Must prioritize calls according to urgency and importance

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking and clocking out.
• Help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPO’s to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
