• Sets up sani-buckets and keeps the station clean during the shift.
• Follows recipes and uses scales for portioning and labeling items.
• Calibrates bio-thermometers and scales for accurate results.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for heating and cooling of food products.
• Assists in checking in, unloading and storing delivered products.
• Dumps trash and cardboard from kitchen into back-area receptacles.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
