Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff for ticketing, ushering and guest services at College Sporting Events, including Saturdays at Eastern Washington University. This part-time role offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

No experience is required, and employees gain hands-on experience in customer service, crowd management and operations. Ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking a dynamic hospitality role on game days.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required
• Driver’s record check may be required
• Be professional, articulate and able to use independent judgment and discretion
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution
• Direct entry/egress, collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges
• Understand policies and regulations of venues and events
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions or assistance
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and clear communication throughout interactions
