Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring part-time Event Staff to support sporting events at WSU. You’ll help with ticketing, ushering, guest services and crowd flow, with a focus on safety and a quality guest experience. Training is provided and orientation runs at a reduced rate.

Expect flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a incentive-based schedule for Saturdays and event days. This role suits students, part-timers, and those seeking extra income in the event industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day prep and execution.
• Guide guests, collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Direct traffic and ensure venue safety and cleanliness.
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions and support.
• Maintain professional conduct and effective communication with guests.
