Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with a professional sports office to hire a Gameday Customer Service Representative (part-time, seasonal). The role will serve season ticket holders and fans with ADA accommodations and a high level of service during home games at Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center.

The position requires availability for all home games, plus up to 5-10 nongame events, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to work all 42 home baseball games and 10 home football games, plus potential post-season games.
• Flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADA/accessible seating assistance to fans.
• Assist with promotional giveaways at stadium entrances on gamedays.
• Support group and fan experiences at games and events.
• Engage with season ticket holders and fans to elevate the customer experience.
• Staff ticket boxes and assist with set-up and takedown of sales areas.
• Support pre-game and post-game events and activities as needed.
