Qualifications

  • Knowledge of variables, data types, looping, conditional logic, functions, arrays, types, and other basic concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct students in using a scripting language to study basics of game programming and graphics styling.
  • Instruct on evaluating 2D graphics theory using bitmaps and animated sprites.
  • Expose students to device input commands including keyboard, mouse and joystick.
  • Demonstrate game logistics such as collision detection, object motion and finite state based programming.
  • Describe fundamentals of digital sound, file formats, effects, and music playback commands.
  • Demonstrate 3D graphics theory using object creation, manipulation and animation.
