Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Production Intern to join the Lucasfilm Games production team in San Francisco. You will assist with administrative and logistical tasks across the licensed game production process, partnering with a Producer to deliver high-quality products that align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining build documentation, and generating reports while contributing to playtesting feedback.

Responsibilities

Support the approval process for interactive projects across the product lifecycle.
Attend and summarize weekly meetings; track action items and coordinate with teams.
Manage build submissions, documentation, and provide builds for catalog distribution.
Maintain production calendar with milestones, build submissions, and stakeholder meetings.
Assist with additional production tasks as needed during the internship.
Assist with database integration and cross-project report generation.
Play game development builds to gather qualitative feedback.
