Qualifications

Basic understanding of audio production workflows (voice-over, music, sound design).
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to audio quality details.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage asset trackers and feedback documents.
Genuine passion for game audio and interest in how sound enhances interactive storytelling.
Effective relationship-building for collaborating with leads and external partners.

Responsibilities

Support the audio approval process with timely feedback to partners.
Organize and track audio asset deliveries (VO scripts, recordings, music, sound effects).
Participate in audio reviews and meetings; capture notes and follow-up items.
Archive audio references, brand guidelines, and master assets.
Play development builds to evaluate music, sound design, and VO.
Attend VO sessions for Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Games projects.
