Job summary

Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is seeking a Manager of Game Presentation & Promotions to plan and execute matchday entertainment, theme nights, and fan engagement at F.N.B. Stadium.

The role supports Riverhounds and Riveters home games, coordinating promotional elements, sponsor activations, and live run-of-show execution. Responsibilities include creating game scripts, coordinating ceremonies, and managing interns and promotions staff, with opportunities to work across events and campus outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sport management, marketing, communications, event management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in sports, college athletics, live events, promotions, fan engagement, marketing, or event operations.
• Experience with game scripts, PA reads, promotional rundowns, event timelines, or live event production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced live event environment and adjust quickly when timing changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of game presentation for Riverhounds and Riveters home matches.
• Write and maintain game scripts, PA reads, run-of-show documents, promotional timelines, and matchday notes.
• Coordinate matchday elements including pre-match ceremonies, anthem performances, and post-match moments.
• Direct live execution by cueing reads, music, videoboard elements, promotions, sponsor elements, and fan moments.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage game day promotions staff and part-time event support staff.
• Oversee internship, associate, and HypeSquad programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Work with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and operations to bring plans to life.
