Job summary

The Game Presentation Specialist at Worcester Railers HC will assist in planning and executing engaging in-arena entertainment for home games, delivering a high-energy fan experience.

Working with marketing, production and operations, you will coordinate theme nights, sponsor activations and in-game entertainment, ensuring all elements reflect the team branding and fan engagement goals, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Prior experience in live event production, game presentation, or sports entertainment preferred.
• Knowledge of hockey and professional sports preferred.
• Experience with Daktronics systems and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of game presentation elements and entertainment flow during Worcester Railers home games.
• Co-develop and distribute detailed game day rundowns, production schedules, and event timelines.
