Job summary

Atlanta Hawks is seeking a Contestant Casting Attendant to support the programming and live presentation of in-game entertainment at home games. You will lead the game operations team in selecting fans to join the show, coordinating with the in-arena host, and ensuring clear instructions for contestants.

The role requires a passion for sports and live events, excellent people skills, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays during Hawks home games.

Qualifications

• Background in casting, sports, live entertainment, production, staging, event planning and/or game presentation is preferred.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (all Hawks home games).
• Excellent people skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection of contestants for on-court games and activities.
• Provide contestants with instructions and rules for all in-game contests.
• Act as the primary liaison with the in-arena host.
• Coordinate with Hawks sales teams to execute pre-game, halftime, and post-game events and fan experiences.
• Work with game presentation personnel on rehearsals for on-court activations including contests, performances, ceremonies, and introductions.
• Serve as the liaison for National Anthem, halftime performers, and assigned groups from arrival to departure.
