Job summary

Pentasia is seeking an experienced Game Math Manager or Lead Game Mathematician to lead a team focused on online casino mathematics. You will develop game math models and mechanics, mentor other mathematicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the game development lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in iGaming game mathematics, strong skills in probability, statistics, RTP modelling, volatility modelling, and game balancing, plus a passion for innovation and team

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Game Mathematician within the iGaming industry, with a proven track record of developing successful game math models and mechanics.
• Experience managing, leading or mentoring Game Mathematicians, whether as a Team Lead, Lead Mathematician, Manager, or Senior Individual Contributor with mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in probability, statistics, RTP, volatility modelling, game balancing, and player engagement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high technical standards.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing others.
