Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience directing and supervising a team of mathematicians or technical specialists.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and gaming.
• Proficiency in establishing and advancing product development processes.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members to improve their skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical groups across multiple markets.
• Dedication to operational excellence and ongoing process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete development cycle for the math team: define, prioritize, build, and test new features.
• Coordinate and refine product development processes with process leaders and partners.
• Manage day-to-day activities to meet project plans and delivery commitments.
• Mentor mathematicians to grow skills and prepare for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with technical groups across markets (Class II, Historical Horse Racing, online social, iGaming, lottery).
• Develop and track metrics and alerts to drive continuous improvement.
• Direct development and delivery of solutions to meet portfolio requirements.
