Role Description The Math Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV. This role oversees the design, development, and validation of mathematical models that drive game mechanics, pay tables, and player experiences for slot games. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of mathematicians, reviewing and approving game math designs, and ensuring that game performance aligns with regulatory requirements and business goals. The Math Manager collaborates closely with game designers, product managers, engineers, and data analysts to balance player engagement, volatility, and profitability.
