Lead the complete math development cycle, coach talent, and collaborate with several markets to deliver high-impact solutions while maintaining exceptional operational standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the complete development cycle for the math team, defining and leading feature implementation and testing.
• Coordinate and refine development processes with process leaders and partners.
• Manage day-to-day activities and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Coach and mentor team members for leadership growth.
• Collaborate with diverse markets and technical groups to drive cross-group alignment.
• Develop metrics and alerts to uphold operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing and mentoring to maintain a high-performing team.
• Direct development and delivery to meet portfolio requirements.
• Identify priorities and communicate impacts across decisions.
• Analyze technical solutions and recommend based on technical, feasible, and financial merits.
