IGT in Austin is seeking skilled Game Designers to join our global teams, shaping ideas from concept to launch and collaborating with developers, artists, mathematicians, and producers to deliver world-class gaming experiences.

As part of our growth, you’ll design casino game concepts, document mechanics clearly, and review games during development to ensure high quality. You’ll leverage player feedback and market research to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in game design, ideally in casino, slots, or real-money gaming with deep knowledge of game mechanics, features, and player engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Art, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Insight into player psychology, game balance, and retention strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $38,281 to $156,700 USD , with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications. We proudly comply with all applicable local pay transparency laws and collective bargaining agreements.
