Qualifications

• Must be available to work every home game from August to late November.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Transport tailgating equipment to guests' areas and maintain tailgate sites.
• Manage the guest services area and direct guests as needed.
• Respond to customer needs and address concerns professionally.
• Assist with operational tasks and maintain site cleanliness.
