Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests.This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations. ## **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.* Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.* Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.* Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.* Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.### ## **Work Schedule*** Hours are based on UNF Athletics event schedules.* Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional daytime availability is needed.* Typical shifts range from 3 to 6 hours depending on the event. ## **Learning Opportunities**Employees will gain hands-on experience in:* Athletics event operations* Customer service and fan engagement* NCAA Division I athletics administration* Event logistics and game-day execution **Statement(s) of Understanding**This position requires a background check.
