Job summary

Rio Rancho LLC seeks a skilled Photographer to capture high-quality images at New Mexico Goatheads home games, team events, and community appearances. You will focus on game action, fans, promotions, and sponsorship moments for use across digital, marketing, and social platforms.

The role requires an eye for storytelling, the ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment, and collaboration with the Lead Photographer and Marketing staff to ensure assets are captured and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports or live-action photography is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography skills preferred.
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture photography during home games and select events.
• Photograph game action, players, fans, promotions, and entertainment assets.
• Follow assignments and coverage priorities from Lead Photographer/Marketing staff.
• Capture images suitable for social media, website, marketing, and sponsor needs.
• Edit and deliver photos within established timelines.
• Maintain organization and file naming of assets.
• Assist with portraits and community appearances when assigned.
• Stay aware of event flow and anticipate key moments.
• Handle and maintain photography equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
