Proof of the Pudding seeks a part-time Prep Cook to support daily service and game-day experiences in the main kitchen at Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia, PA. You will help with mass food production, cleanliness, and assist culinary leadership as directed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen or catering is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and production sheets is required.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Measure ingredients and prepare cooking ingredients as needed.
• Prepare simple dishes as directed by Executive Chef.
• Maintain food storage and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist chefs with culinary tasks and tasks as they arise.
