Job summary

Salt River Fields is offering an Operations Internship supporting game-day operations, guest services, and event execution. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, and training of Guest Services Agents and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth events.

Qualified candidates are actively pursuing a degree (or postgraduate) with an interest in sport/event management; weekend availability is required during the spring training period.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in sport/event management or related field.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Guest services experience is preferred.
• Available January through April with a minimal class schedule.
• Willing to work weekends during spring训练 season.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game-day operations and event execution.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and training of Guest Services Agents.
• Oversee 100+ Guest Services staff on game days.
• Support other departments including game production, security, and events.
• Address guest needs in collaboration with Guest Services team.
