Job summary

Real Salt Lake is seeking an Events Assistant to support gameday operations at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, UT. You will assist with setup and teardown for home games and help with daily tasks and equipment management.

The role is part-time and non-benefited, requiring flexibility to work gamedays, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to contribute to improvement projects and growth within the stadium operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent people skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gameday setup and teardown for Real Salt Lake and Monarch home games.
• Support daily operational tasks at Zions Bank Stadium.
• Move, set up, teardown, and store equipment for all events at ZBS.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of operational spaces throughout the stadium.
• Participate in improvement and upgrade projects inside the stadium.
• Potential to work on additional private events with increased pay and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with ZBS Operations team for efficient operations.
• Attend and assist at MLS NEXT and MLS Next Pro matches as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
