Job summary

Colby College Athletics is seeking energetic, reliable Concessions Stand Workers to join the Game Day Operations team. You will interact with fans, handle food prep, credit card transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming stand during home events at Colby College.

Starting pay is $15.10 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Join a dedicated team supporting Mule pride in world-class facilities and gain valuable customer service and event operations

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Standing for 3–5 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and process food and beverage orders.
• Operate the POS system to process credit card transactions.
• Prepare and package standard concession items and restock displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the concession stand and follow closing procedures.
