Job summary

i9 Sports is the nation’s first and largest youth sports league franchise, offering programs for kids ages 3–17 in sports like flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. The Baseball Coordinator is the on-site leader for game day operations, ensuring fields are prepared, games run smoothly, and players, coaches, and families have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Strong communication with players, coaches, and parents.
• Energetic, outgoing, and solutions oriented.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for game day assignments.
• Set up fields before games and reset between games for smooth transitions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized playing environment.
• Engage with players, coaches, and parents to create a positive atmosphere.
• Serve as on-site resource for questions, support, and issue resolution.
• Provide on-field support and coach when needed.
• Keep games on schedule and efficient.
