Qualifications

• Familiarity with audio production workflows including VO, music, and sound design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to audio quality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint to manage asset trackers.
• Passion for game audio and interactive storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with leads and external partners.
• Familiarity with Lucasfilm, Disney, Pixar, and 20th Century franchises.

Responsibilities

• Support the audio approval process and deliver timely feedback to partners.
• Organize and track audio asset deliveries and VO materials.
• Participate in audio reviews, capturing notes and follow-ups.
• Archive audio references, brand guidelines, and master assets.
• Play builds to evaluate music, sound design, and VO feedback.
• Attend VO sessions for Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century projects.
