Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта создания 2D искусства и анимации для выпущенных игр.
• Портфолио, демонстрирующее экспертный уровень 2D-анимации и моушн-дизайна, желательно с монетизируемыми косметическими предметами.
• Покерные знания на уровне увлеченного непрофессионала.
• Связь на английском языке на профессиональном уровне, как письменно, так и устно.
• Доказанная история быстрой доставки работы.
• Опыт работы с инструментами ИИ.

Responsibilities

• Создавать все 2D-анимации в игровом контексте для PokerArena Design и косметику.

GTO Wizard provides AI-powered training and education for serious poker players, delivering GTO solutions across poker situations. The company is expanding into casual play-money poker games for web and mobile apps.

Задачи:

• Create all in-game 2D animations for PokerArena Design and produce static and animated cosmetics sold to players
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual language across the game
• Use AI tools as a daily part of the work
• Deliver quickly and take action rather than relying on excessive discussion, escalation, and delay
• Contribute to rapid iteration by shipping quickly and learning
• Improve quality and efficiency across the team

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience creating 2D art and animation for shipped games
• A portfolio demonstrating expert-level 2D animation and motion design, ideally including monetized cosmetics
• Poker knowledge at least at the level of a non-professional enthusiast
• Clear, professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A proven history of delivering at pace
• Experience with AI assistance
• Reliably authentic, embraces ownership, takes initiative, and focuses on delivery over process
• Comfortable with a remote-first culture that values written communication over excessive meetings
• Views AI tools as an opportunity to scale impact
