Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems using advanced technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of quality policies/procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes and hand tools safely.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and tools to aid in manufacturing highway safety products.
• Maintain efficient production by training, instructing and directing team members.
• Meet safety, quality and production expectations.
• Monitor and adapt processes and schedules to meet goals.
• Complete required paperwork and inspections.
• Understand galvanizing processes to optimize operating efficiency.
