Qualifications

• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Experience operating forklifts and cranes is required.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of up to 10 employees and manage job orders.
• Train and assess employees in the Skill-Based Pay process.
• Inspect galvanized material for safety and quality compliance.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and enforce safety standards.
