As an Engineering Intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and technical leaders while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic production environment that directly supports one of the world's largest family-owned wineries.
In this role, you'll contribute to meaningful engineering projects while building practical skills in manufacturing, process improvement, and problem solving. Opportunities may include supporting Hot End Forming, Cold End Inspection, Furnace/Batch, or Warehouse operations, where you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and assist with implementing solutions that drive operational performance.
You’ll gain exposure to project management, process design, equipment start-ups, commissioning activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Working collaboratively with engineers, suppliers, and production teams, you’ll help develop standardized work processes, conduct studies, support equipment optimization, and contribute to projects that create real business impact while accelerating your professional growth.
