Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Gallery Host to join our team. You’ll deliver memorable guest experiences, leveraging prior hospitality or customer service background. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift 20 lbs, and flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Does this sound like you?

You’re a friendly, service-driven team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You have previous customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset), and any background in Front Office or Food & Beverage would be a bonus. You’re comfortable using basic computer programs like Word and Excel, and experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is a plus.

You’re at least 18 years old, able to lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs, and communicate clearly in English (bilingualism is an asset). You’re flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. You either have — or are willing to obtain within 30 days of hire — Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications.
