Job summary

RH in Corte Madera is seeking a Gallery Host to provide world-class service to guests while caring for our equipment and spaces. You will represent the RH brand with polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism as guests arrive.

In this role you will engage clients, answer questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the right Associate, while supporting setup, events and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable and team oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, delivering world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide discreet and unobtrusive service: greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, concierge service and valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas to keep them clean, safe and code compliant.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enthusiastically engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, eagerly delivering world-class service
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate to further the customer experience
• Provide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in the following areas: greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service and valet validation
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team
