Job summary

RH Gallery Host in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a welcoming, energetic team member to greet guests, assist with wayfinding, and connect clients with RH Interior Design services. You will represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism, delivering world-class service in a fast-paced gallery environment.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while staying

• Engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, delivering world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide friendly, discreet service in greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat/umbrella check, concierge service and valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness, safety and code compliance.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enthusiastically engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, eagerly delivering world-class service
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate to further the customer experience
• Provide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in the following areas: greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service and valet validation
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team
