Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) in Beaumont, TX, seeks a Customer Experience Operations Analyst to own Gainsight administration, map the customer digital journey, and use data-driven insights to boost client success.

You will configure and maintain Gainsight, design reports and dashboards, create periodic surveys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CX initiatives and improve engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Gainsight administration experience required.
• Experience with any design or visualization software.
• Past work experience with OEMs or tech vendors (Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Dell EMC etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and an operational mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Gainsight Admin: configure and maintain Gainsight to optimize customer lifecycle management.
• Journey Orchestrator: map and optimize the customer digital journey.
• Data Designer/Reporting: design dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Gainsight features per business needs.
• Develop surveys and measure success; train team members on Gainsight procedures.
