Job summary

You will bring deep lighting knowledge, manage overhead rigs, power distribution, and on-set safety, adapting lighting for casinos, corporate offices, and multi-location shoots. Our roster includes major brands and network productions, with full lighting and grip

Qualifications

• Experience in cinematic lighting design for film, TV, and commercials.

Responsibilities

Master of Light for Film, TV & Commercial Production

Our Las Vegas gaffers design and execute lighting setups that bring your vision to life — from dramatic cinematic looks for national commercials and feature films to clean, flattering interview lighting for corporate content and trade show productions. Available with a full lighting package or to work with your existing gear.

The gaffer is the head of the electrical department on set, responsible for designing and implementing the lighting plan in close collaboration with the Director of Photography. At HUSTL Media, our Las Vegas gaffers bring deep technical knowledge of lighting instruments, power distribution systems, rigging safety, and on-set efficiency.Whether it's a large-scale commercial shoot requiring complex overhead lighting rigs at a casino ballroom, an executive interview setup needing precise soft light control in a corporate office, a multi-location documentary spanning the Las Vegas Strip and Red Rock Canyon, or a trade show booth that needs to look broadcast-ready under convention hall fluorescents — our gaffers ensure every frame is perfectly lit, on time, and within budget.Our gaffers have lit sets for major brands including Google, Nikon, NYSE, iHeartMedia, and NetApp, as well as network TV productions for FOX, NBC, Bravo, and History Channel. They're equally comfortable on a fast-paced reality TV set as they are on a meticulously planned national commercial. Every gaffer on our roster owns or has direct access to a full lighting and grip package, so you never have to worry about separate rental house coordination.
