HUSTL Media Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a proficient gaffer to design and execute lighting for film, TV, and commercials, leading the electrical department on set and partnering with the Director of Photography to shape mood and look.

You will bring deep lighting knowledge, manage overhead rigs, power distribution, and on-set safety, adapting lighting for casinos, corporate offices, and multi-location shoots. Our roster includes major brands and network productions, with full lighting and grip

Qualifications

• Experience in cinematic lighting design for film, TV, and commercials.
• Strong knowledge of lighting instruments, power distribution, and rigging safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with DP and crew.
• Familiarity with Las Vegas casinos, convention centers, studios, and outdoor locations.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement lighting plans in collaboration with the Director of Photography.
• Operate overhead rigging and truss systems on set.
• Blend natural and artificial light for day exteriors.
• Ensure on-set electrical safety and NEC compliance.
• Collaborate with DP on visual style and mood.
• Execute low-light and available-light shooting techniques.
• Provide lighting for trade show and convention settings.
