Calgon Carbon Corporation, part of the Kuraray group, is seeking a GAC Applications Engineer IV to provide advanced technical support for activated carbon, equipment, and related services in domestic and international markets. This remotely-based role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Product Management to deliver technical recommendations and optimize carbon adsorption solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience with adsorption equipment at customer sites.
• 5–7 years of experience applying carbon adsorption technology to liquid and gas purification.

Responsabilités

• Develop market-specific strategies with technical and sales leadership to grow existing business and identify new opportunities for Calgon Carbon technology.
• Review performance and results, investigate variances, and recommend adjustments to plans.
• Support global initiatives and cross-business groups, and provide technical guidance and project backup to Sales teams.
• Set up and monitor field pilot trials, interpret laboratory, pilot, and full-scale system data, and develop design or operating recommendations.
