• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research accounting guidance and document conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per US GAAP.
• Prepare footnotes for quarterly SEC filings.
• Assist with consolidation of multiple entities and intercompany accounts.
• Develop accounting policies and monitor new accounting pronouncements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare supporting schedules.
