Job summary

Janus Henderson is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to prepare and analyze the Group’s U.S. GAAP consolidated results and prepare periodic financial statements for internal and external audiences.

You will ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies while addressing data issues and driving improvements. The role offers exposure to consolidation accounting, regulatory reporting, and subsidiary reporting, with opportunities to build advanced technical accounting

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation accounting, corporate accounting, or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the U.S. GAAP consolidated financial results in SAP Group Reporting for the parent company and subsidiaries, including consolidation entries and eliminations.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to upper management.
• Assist with regulatory and statutory filings as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors on audits of group and subsidiary financial documents.
• Report financial information to government bodies such as Census Bureau and BEA.
• Ensure accuracy and SOX compliance across reports and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
