Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience in financial reporting or consolidation accounting required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze the U.S. GAAP Group consolidated financial results in SAP Group Reporting for parent and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to upper management.
  • Assist with preparation and review of regulatory and statutory filings as needed.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews of Group and subsidiary documents.
  • Report financial information to Census Bureau and BEA as required.
  • Ensure SOX controls are followed and reporting is accurate and complete.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your opportunity

Your responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of the U.S. GAAP Group consolidated financial results, as well as the readying and distribution of periodic financial statements and reports for either internal or external audiences. You will ensure that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include proactively addressing reporting and accounting data issues and recommending operational improvements to management.

This role offers significant exposure to U.S. GAAP consolidation accounting, regulatory reporting, subsidiary reporting, and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop advanced technical accounting and reporting expertise while building toward expanded responsibilities and future career progression within the Financial Reporting team.

  • Prepare the Group’s U.S. GAAP consolidated financial results in SAP Group Reporting for the parent company and global subsidiaries, including the review and analysis of consolidation entries and elimination adjustments, including investment, equity, dividend, and intercompany eliminations.
  • Prepare and submit various financial reports to upper management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of other regulatory and statutory filings as needed.
  • Partner with external auditors in their audit/review of Group and certain subsidiary financial documents.
  • Report required financial information to the U.S. Census Bureau and the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports and processes with adherence to SOX controls.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
  • Two to three years experience in financial reporting, consolidation accounting, corporate accounting, or public accounting, preferably within a multinational organization required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
  • Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess complex financial information, identify root causes of issues, and develop practical, well-supported solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects, competing deadlines, and ad hoc requests while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively follow up on issues, deliver high-quality work products, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, with a desire to develop deeper expertise in financial reporting, consolidation accounting, and technical accounting matters.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business teams to achieve reporting objectives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and professional judgment skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex reporting issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a collaborative member of a high-performing team.
Nice to have skills
  • Asset management/financial services industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, or other enterprise consolidation and financial reporting systems preferred.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $92,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 15, 2026.
