Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA eligibility preferred.
• Experience providing attest services in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, client service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process client data for GAAP financial statements, agreed-upon procedures, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on GAAP.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client for superior service.
• Invest in professional development through training sessions and networking events.
• Assist with campus recruiting and refer experienced individuals to the firm.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
• Assist on compilation of Schedule of Federal Expenditures for clients.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
