Job summary

You will help identify accounting issues, propose improvements, and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA eligibility preferred, and experience with GAAP/GAAS/PCAOB. Travel is limited and opportunities for advancement exist within a professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Master's Degree or other advanced degrees desired.
• CPA eligible preferred.
• Experience in providing attest services in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB standards.
• Strong communication, public speaking, client service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process client data for GAAP financial statements and agreed-upon procedures.
• Identify accounting and reporting issues based on professional standards.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate with clients for superior service.
• Participate in training, networking, and recruiting activities.
• Assist with campus recruiting and employee referrals.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude and high ethics.
• Assist on compilation of Schedule of Federal Expenditures.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
