Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Master's Degree or other advanced degrees desired.
• CPA eligible preferred.
• Experience in providing attest services in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
• Strong communication, public speaking, client service and collaboration skills, plus MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process client data for GAAP financial statements and procedures.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues, based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior service.
• Invest in professional development through training sessions and networking events.
• Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and referrals within the firm.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
• Assist on compilation of Schedule of Federal Expenditures for clients.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
