• One (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Strong technical background in GAAP to oversee general ledger and financial statements.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience in accounting.
• Three (3) years of related professional accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the accounting staff and mentor/guide team members.
• Lead the preparation of complex financial statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely reporting.
