Job summary

Parallel in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across G&A and marketing. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, build interview loops, and calibrate what great looks like for each function.

You will drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill roles, manage candidates through close, and design systems like scorecards and compensation benchmarks to scale rapidly.

Job: You will own recruiting across G&A and marketing at Parallel, running full-cycle hiring for finance, legal, operations, and marketing roles. You\'ll partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what \"great\" looks like for each function. You\'ll drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill and senior roles, manage candidates through close, and build the systems — scorecards, playbooks, comp benchmarking — that let Parallel hire well as headcount scales fast. You\'ll report on pipeline health and hiring velocity directly to leadership, and you\'ll be the one they trust to get high-conviction offers signed.

You: Have run full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage company and know how to own a function end to end. You\'ve worked G&A searches like finance and legal as well as marketing roles, and you know how to flex your interview process and pitch for each. You write outbound that gets responses from people who aren\'t looking, and you know how to close a candidate who has three other offers. You\'re the only recruiter dedicated to G&A here, working alongside a lean team of strong recruiters covering other functions, and you move fast because slow hiring kills momentum at a company this stage.
