Qualifications

• Licesne to handle Workers' Compensation claims in GA is required or obtained after hire.
• Must meet Georgia licensing requirement with Florida/SC/NC licenses as next priority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service and satisfaction through effective interactions with insureds, claimants, agents, underwriters, and others.

• Provide accurate and timely expense and loss assessments on Lost Time claims.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding account trends and claim activity.
• Demonstrate sound claim handling in investigation, coverage, loss assessment, and case management.
• Establish and execute strategies for early resolutions of assigned claims.
• Address coverage issues, potential fraud, and subrogation; complete reporting forms.
• Maintain a current diary system to monitor developments and follow-up.
• Guide and direct team members to manage and resolve claims.
