Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting in Suwanee, GA seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) for in-person, outpatient care. You will manage a consistent caseload, deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a clinical team.

Preferred candidates will see children (5+), adolescents, and adults, with office hours Mon-Fri and flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted GA license as LP/LCSW/LMFT/LPC
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Preferred candidates see children 5+ years, adolescents, and adults

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 clients per week within 35 hours of availability
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical supervision or team meetings
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements
