Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for an in-person role based in Atlanta, GA. The standard schedule runs Monday–Friday with 8am–7pm flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability.

The therapist will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a preference for treating children (5+), adolescents, and adults. A GA license is required, and experience with evidence-based modalities is expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in GA (LP/LCSW/LMFT/LPC)
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT or related field
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently and use EHR/telehealth tools

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and couples outpatient psychotherapy
• Maintain an active caseload of 27+ clients per week within 35+ hours of availability
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and participate in supervision/meetings
