Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer–General Assembly Feasibility to drive feasibility studies for new models and mid-cycle programs. You will provide input to manufacturing simulation engineers, communicate issues to Product Engineering, and propose alternative solutions to close open items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with plant operations knowledge.
• CAD skills to navigate vehicle tree and tooling, with Teamcenter/Vismockup, NX, PLM/Catia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GA manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• DFMA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform GA manufacturing activities for new model and mid-cycle programs and drive issues to closure.
• Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize Capex and support Plant Loading studies.
• Execute Change Management meetings to align product process and tooling.
• Develop high-visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management.
• Travel to assembly plants to support early phases of launches.
